Very rude employees. ..never before have I ever had a post office tell me that im not allowed to pick my. My mail up...no other post office that I have ever been to has complained about picking mail up.so ill be complaining to headquarters.

The entire staff at the Hampstead post office went above and beyond. My fiance and I were getting passports and they took the time to make sure everything was exactly how it should be. All of the employees working that day were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have no doubt everything was done properly, and I really enjoyed the experience and interaction with the staff. They take customer service to the next level. Great Work!!
I was there today for my passport appointment and Kim was just so kind and friendly. She definitely helped me through the process and calmed my nerves. Thank you.
Went in today to mail out a package and the employee at the counter threw everything around that I handed her including the package that I was to be shipping out. She seemed to not care about her job or my package. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her day. I walked up to the counter and even tried to say good afternoon but she wouldn’t even make eye contact. And when I told her that I didn’t want to put a return address and that I have never had to put one in the last she immediately took and even Ryder time with me and at one point rolled her eyes. I’d rather drive the twenty five minutes to westminster ups than the five minutes to this post office in the future. If I could give no stars I absolutely would.
