So ... we moved into a new house and I made a dumb mistake. I let the propane run out before getting setup with a provider. It was Winter and almost freezing outside. We had no heat, no hot water, no gas for cooking, no dryer for laundry, etc. I was in the dog house.
I called Tevis as they had provided gas to the previous owner. The team from Tevis could not have been nicer or more responsive. They managed to get out to our property in less then 24 hours to get us up and running again. Every step along the way they were professional and helpful. And even though they knew I was in a bad position, they still offered me great pricing and the same benefits offered to all new customers.
