Looked up trade in prices for Xbox and video games on their website. According to THEIR OWN WEBSITE we should have gotten $60 for Xbox one and 5-15 for each game. My son took it all in and was told he could get $50 for all, but they "have" to charge $20 to clean it. Are you kidding me?!?! $30 trade in for a $300 system and several games?!?
My favorite GameStop by far. Shannon is great and everyone else has been a pleasure to work with as well. I bring my kids in sometimes and they always talk to them and make them feel just as welcome as I do. Customer service trumps all; even if I could get a better price elsewhere I would still patron here.
My son takes the deal bc he is 18, wanting to buy the 1TB PlayStation 4 advertised for $199 plus free $50 gift card. They told him they only have 50gb models available, and no gift card. If he hadn't called me, he would have been screwed. This company is the epitome of shady business. Don't waste your time dealing with them.
The store manager is a great guy and helped us so much with our xmas shopping needs and helped us save a ton of money. He is by far the nicest person i have ever dealt with, i will be coming back again and again, that store is the only store for my family because of himand his crew
