I recently purchased a 2010 Subaru Forester with a manual transmission from Hampstead Preowned. I ended up making two separate visits to the dealership. I came later in the evening on the first visit and test drove the SUV. Tim and Adam were both very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I wanted a little more time to consider the purchase and they were more than happy to allow it with the option to place the Subaru on hold. My second visit was to make the purchase and everyone was very friendly as always. The only problem that I ran into was an unforeseen issue with the clutch about a week later. I called an explained what was happening to Wendy and Adam. They were very helpful and worked to have the problem fixed as quickly as possible. The fact that the dealership can maintain excellence through an issue is what makes it great. I would buy from them again.
When we needed to buy a vehicle, Hampstead Preowned was our first and only choice. We were a little worried that we wouldn't be able to find something in our price range with an affordable payment. NOT the case at all. They never tried to sell us something outside our price range and were by our side step by step through the process. They showed us vehicles in our range, told us exactly what our monthly payment would be and let us test drive and decide. We purchased our Honda Civic and are extremely happy with it. I highly recommend HPO for anyone who is looking for a reliable car! No pressure. Just great customer service.
Such nice and polite people who actually care about you. This was my first car and I am absolutely in love with it and how everything was done. There were some things wrong with the car but they fixed it without hesitation. Will definitely recommend! This is hands down the best place to purchase an affordable quality vehicle.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received during the purchase of my vehicle. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional. He was patient and friendly as I looked at multiple cars and he found one that met all of my needs. Hampstead Preowned took care of all service needs. When I picked up the car, all work was completed as promised and my new car had been detailed and looked even better then I expected. My mechanic of 25 years inspected the car after purchase and stated that the car was in great shape mechanically and looked great. I had a great experience and would definitely purchase another vehicle from Hampstead Preowned and will confidently refer friends and family.
